I took time off to recover from stage 4 cancer. The healing process made me re-evaluate the tunes I was putting out. After more than a decade of Good Voodoo dance tracks, I put my energy into finishing the songs and spoken word pieces that meant the most to me that hadn’t seen the light of day.
Life is too short not to share what I love. Conventional marketing wisdom says that releasing five albums close together is a bit bonkers but when I started on this journey in 1985 it was to please myself.
For those who are interested in how I’m doing, the simple answer is I’m cured. Am I the same old me? Everything Is different, nothing has changed.
2024 will see the official release of 5 LPs called Boss Moves, Return Of The Juju Man, Rockstar Incognito, Table For Two at The Horizon Cafe and Everything is Different, Nothing Has Changed.
